basic and a bit disappointing

cramped room broken coffee machine

The room felt cramped. honestly, maneuvering around with luggage was a challenge. the bathroom was also small. The sink was more like a hand basin. breakfast offered very little variety. The coffee machine was broken so instant coffee was the only option.

the front desk staff was very helpful and pleasant. they arranged transport when i asked. viable options were suggested. the location is very central and close to the tube station, so traveling was easy.

The elevator wasn't working, a little inconvenient. I had to use the stairs.

room space friendly staff free breakfast

the room included air conditioning and sufficient space. it let me move around easily. the staff were friendly and helpful . i enjoyed the complementary breakfast they offered.

the street outside was a little noisy at times.

wonderful stay near hyde park

excellent location short walk helpful team quick assistance

The location proved really good. Kensington gardens and the princess diana playground were a short walk away. transport links and a variety of restaurants and shops were conveniently accessible within a 10-minute walk. the reception team was very helpful, assisting with all inquiries quickly.

The lift was out of service . This posed a slight inconvenience.

central location and early check-in

early check-in power adapter saved expense central location

i arrived earlier than expected , around 10:30 am. i was pleased they allowed me to check in early. they also provided a power adapter when i realized i had forgotten mine. it saved me the expense and trouble of buying one.

the room was generally fine , but the thermostat didn't seem to adjust the temperature effectively.
